Having over thirty years experience as an attorney, Shawn sought to concentrate on business development and contract law, business & commercial law and commercial litigation, wills, trusts, estate planning & probate, elder law and asset protection, uncontested/irreconcilable differences divorce.

After extensive training to become a Rule 31 Family & Civil Mediator, Shawn added mediation services to his practice to help individuals and businesses settle their differences outside of court.

McBrien Law Group has completed the move to new offices located at 1050 Hamilton Station Blvd, Suite 200. You can find us in The Bell Building at Hamilton Springs off Hwy 70 on the west side of Lebanon.
